In the Netherlands the PostNL deliverer tries to deliver your order 2 times. After the two standard delivery attempts don't succeed, you can pick up your order for a period of 3 weeks at a PostrNL servicepoint. After 3 weeks when the order has not been picked up, the order will be send back to Kafomatic.nl. You can choose a track&trace shipment to track your order. When your order is shipped outside the Netherlands your local delivery service will take over, delivery will vary per country, but is usually fairly similar to the Netherlands.

Costs of delivery
The packaging- and deliverycosts are free when the order exceeds €50 per order shipped in the Netherlands. If your order is 100,- euro's or more the shipmet will be free of charge. On all orders under 100,- euro's outside the Netherlands packaging- and deliverycosts apply. Deliverycosts will be calculated when checking your order based on country, weight of your order and choice of delivery.

Duration of delivery
The productsofKafomatic.nlare normally in stock, unless otherwise indicated. If your order comes in before14:00, andthepaymentis approved, we will do ourbest todeliverwithinonebusiness dayin the Netherlands. Unfortunatly we can not garanty a delivery within 24 hour. Duration of delivery outside of the Netherands depends on the country to ship to.
Delivery problems
When you'renot at homewhenthe package is offered in the Netherlands thanPostNLwill tryagainthe next day. (six days aweek, Tue /Sat). Ifyouarenot present,postNLwillleave anotice in the mail. With the notice and proper Identificationyou canthenpick upyour package at the nearestPostNLService Point. For deliveries outside the Netherlands local rules apply.
When a package is damaged(obvious signs of damage)or opened, we recommend you tonotto take it.Youcanthen refusethepackage. All our orders arehandled with theutmost care andleavethedistribution departmentin perfect condition.
Returns procedure
Below you will find the procedure for products that do not meet your expectations. After receiving the package you have up to 14 days to let us know you wish to return the product by checking in at your account on www.kafomatic.nl, find your order and check the returnbox or sending an e - mail to [email protected].
Send the package back to Kafomatic.nl by following the procedure:
- Put the unused product neatly and carefully back in its original packaging - Put the packing slip back into the package - Then send the package, postage prepaid, with Postal service of your choice to the following address:

Please note that the risk of returning the package is on your own account. Do not forget to pay for postage! If the package is not sent according to the above procedure Kafomatic.nl has the right to refuse the parcel.
